Therapeutic Pilates for Rehabilitation & Post-Rehabilitation
"With extreme pain from Fibromyalgia I could not just walk into any pilates class and start working out. I needed someone to take into consideration my pain and diagnosis. Pilateswise provided exactly what I need! Tuula took the time to understand my condition and history and developed a program to make sure that pilates is helping, not hurting, my condition. Tuula also spent the extra time to make sure I understood how to perform each exercise in order to maximize its benefit. Her program has helped to reduce my pain and gain my strength back!" - Tom Kavanaugh, Encinitas

Our Pilates Teacher, Tuula, has Physical Therapy background and years of experience in rehabilitation. Her teaching style is very personal, therapeutic and holistic. It is important to note that most Pilates instructors have not been trained or have very little actual knowledge about rehabilitation or holistic approach.
Note also that post rehab Pilates is not intended to take the place of medical treatment, but to complete it.
